Module 1: Do You Face These Situations At Your Workplace

Module 2: What Are The Benefits of Better Collaboration with Other Departments
Module 2 examines the advantages of a balanced scorecard for you. We present to you the five benefits of a balanced scorecard and ask you to identify one of them.

Module 3: What is a Balanced Scorecard?
In Module 3, we define a balanced scorecard. Then, we'll go over the main purpose of a balanced scorecard with you. We also go over seven objectives you should have when creating a balanced scorecard. Finally, we give you the opportunity to take a quiz to validate your priorities before you begin working on your action plan.

Module 4: How Do You Create a Priorities Balanced Scorecard?
In module 4, we talk about creating a balanced scorecard of your priorities. We look at the five steps to creating a balanced scorecard. First, we allow you to work on your action plan and identify a stage that requires special attention. Then, in your action plan, you create a balanced scorecard for three underdeveloped categories.

Module 5: Summary and Action Plan
This module presents a course summary and allows you to work on your action plan. First, we give you 5 things to remember. Then, you do a quiz and identify an essential action you wish to take starting tomorrow. You're invited to leave a comment for other participants and be part of the community of leaders who act.
