Module 1: Do you currently face these situations in your workplace?

Module 2: What are the benefits of working with other departments?
In module 2, we look at the benefits of working better with other departments. We give you the chance to complete a quiz and identify a specific use for you at work. Place an element to retain for your action plan.

Module 3: The 7 steps to creating better collaboration with other departments
In this third module, we will look at the seven steps to create better collaboration with other departments.  We'll give you an example of a successful collaboration. You can take a quiz to confirm your understanding and work on your action plan to identify an action that could be improved.

Module 4: A Proper way to conducting a business review with teams from other departments
In module 4, we present how to conduct a review business with other departments. We look at the seven steps to running a business review. We look at some testimonials, and in your action plan, you must take a particular department and identify a topic to clarify with them during an eventual annual review meeting.

Module 5: Summary and Action Plan
This module presents a course summary and allows you to work on your action plan. First, we give you 5 things to remember. Then, you do a quiz and identify an essential action you wish to take starting tomorrow. You're invited to leave a comment for other participants and be part of the community of leaders who act.
